Honouring Our Stories & Creating Sacred Spaces
This workshop will look at storytelling to reframe the sacred, bringing together and bringing out silenced & hidden stories. These silenced stories prevent us from living in our truth and understanding our power. Participants will be guided through exercises to consider these stories and will be transformed into a collective art piece. The art piece will reflect the importance of coming together in illuminating rewriting ‘herstory’. The workshop will also show participants how to create sacred spaces as a method of grounding and healing. In an effort to join together in a return to the feminine-honoring our collective wisdom, we will take participants through a collective altar and visioning exercise where participants will be able to develop and share in how to create their own personal & sacred spaces.
